These terms govern your use of the Magician Billiards website and customer messaging services operated by Smart Entertainment Corporation in the Philippines. By using these services, you agree to these terms.
Service purpose
Our website and connected Facebook Messenger channels let customers contact our stores and let authorized staff answer in one place. They are intended for ordinary questions and customer service, not emergencies. A booking, order, price, or promotion is confirmed only when our staff explicitly confirms it.
Acceptable use
You must not use these services for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or malicious activity; impersonate another person; send spam; or try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems. We may restrict access to protect customers, staff, and the service.
Messages and automated replies
You are responsible for the content you send us. We may use an automated greeting or a rule-based reply before a staff member responds. Response times are not guaranteed, and messaging access remains subject to Meta's platform rules, including applicable reply windows.
Privacy and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use and retain it. Message rows, including message text and any attachment type and Meta content URL reference, are removed automatically after 90 days. Contact identifiers, any legacy profile names, conversation records, and latest-message previews remain after that automatic process unless they are manually removed following a verified request. You can follow our Data Deletion Instructions to request deletion of eligible information. An operator verifies each request and aims to complete the manual deletion within 30 days after verification; sending an email does not itself trigger automatic deletion.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue part of these services when reasonably necessary. To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided as available without a guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update these terms by publishing a revised date on this page.
